Return & Refund Policy

At Humaniacs, a Moda Essence Ensembles brand, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

🔁 Returns

  • We offer 7-day returns from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and unwashed.
    • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Item should be free from stains, perfume, or wear.
    • A valid order ID or invoice must be included.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Free promotional items (if applicable)

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Any shipping fee (if charged) is non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not offer reverse pickup at this time. Customers must ship the return to the address provided after submitting the request.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it as quickly as possible. For wrong or damaged items the exchange and replacement delivery time frame will be 7-10 days.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@humaniacs.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. We will verify and send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using any courier of your choice.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
