Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is absolutely FREE across India — no minimum order value required.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Areas & Remote Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume periods (festive season, sales) or due to logistical delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

Incorrect/incomplete address
Unavailable recipient at the time of delivery
Refusal to accept the package

In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for confirmation before re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
